Boilerlykit Template License Agreement

• Personal License: build unlimited projects as an individual.
• Team License: build unlimited projects as a team and share code internally with team members.
• No reselling or redistributing the template as a standalone product.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Boilerlykit ("Boilerlykit", "we", "us") and you ("Licensee"). By downloading, accessing, or using any Boilerlykit template or boilerplate (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Product is made available via our website at https://boilerlykit.com. Payment is processed by Polar Software, Inc. as Merchant of Record. See the Terms of Service for payment and governing-law details, and the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Subject to this Agreement, Boilerlykit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product under one of the license types below, as indicated at checkout or in your purchase confirmation.

Under the Personal License, you may:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build and develop applications or websites for personal or commercial use.
• Modify and white-label the Product for your projects.

Under the Team License, you may:

• Create unlimited projects.
• Build and develop applications or websites as part of a team.
• Share the Product code with members of your team for internal use.
• Modify and white-label the Product for your team projects.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the Product as a standalone product or source code bundle.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise make the Product available to third parties (except internal sharing allowed under a Team License).
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices in the Product.
• Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Boilerlykit retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Product. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Product itself.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOILERLYKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF BOILERLYKIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOILERLYKIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

If you breach this Agreement, your rights to use the Product may terminate automatically. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and any copies of the Product in your possession. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.
